The process: Working with us
See below how simple the process of transitioning from a PCT application to a national application is when you work with us. We handle every step, from document submission to receiving reports, making the process as fast and convenient as possible for you.
Here's what that process looks like:
Submit the Form
Specify which countries you need, whether you require a certified translation or just a standard one, and if you need the full All-in-One service or only translation.
Discuss Details with Your Manager
Your personal manager will contact you to go over the necessary details, such as which documents are required in each country (e.g., powers of attorney) and provide you with an invoice.
Make the Payment
You can pay the invoice directly, or choose the prepayment option, in which case you’ll receive the standard translation before payment.
Receive Your Translation
Once payment is processed (or prepayment option selected), you will receive your translation (or certified translation). You can track the document submission progress via your dashboard.
Get Your National Phase Report
After your national application is filed, you will receive a detailed report from our patent attorneys and discuss the next steps (such as examination and further actions).
